BBC Match of the Day – Week 20, 02-Jan-2017

Hey Bro,

All is good, thanks for asking :). I hope it’s our season and Chelsea is on the way to winning the title, need it especially after last season and no UCL football. Luckily for us, your Man Utd started the season slow, so I hope u guys won’t catch-up with us.

My computer build is from 2013, and I spent over $1,500 for it, which allows me to do occasional heavy Video editing/conversion & Photoshop, and also serious gaming if desired, and it’s still kind of overkill for my needs. You can get by with a lot less (~$1,000+) if you don’t need it for demanding video editing/photography and resource hungry gaming.

Here is my build , but please keep in mind that you’d want to adjust it to current technology, as most components have newer and improved options. Regardless of your needs, I recommend investing in a good SSD and average+ video card.

  1. Computer Case - Cooler Master HAF 922

  1. Motherboard - ASUS Z87 PRO LGA 1150 Motherboard

  1. CPU - Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core

  1. Video Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti, 3GB

  1. Memory - .SKILL F3-1600C9D-16GXM Ripjaws X Series 16GB

  1. Boot Drive SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 500GB

  1. Data (secondary) drive - WD Black 4TB Performance Desktop

  1. CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14 6 Dual Heatpipe

All the best :)
