BC has 629 active cases vs 899 in ON.. that seems like a lot to me considering the difference in pop and distribution. Thoughts?

Remember we have a lot more active cases then that in reality. I tested negative but I know I have it, I’ve been sick for over a week and my husband caught it as well. No clue where I got it from, I have not been exposed to it as far as I know. The test has, at best, a 20% false negative rate- depending when people get tested it can be much higher-40-60%, even 100% if they test immediately upon infection. Think about all the tests we’ve run, how many negative results are given out to people incorrectly, and those people going about their lives thinking it’s all good.

We need better tests, we need to be able to get a test without waiting 3.5 hours, and we need to tell everyone that if they have symptoms and test negative they still need to stay the fuck home until they are better.
