When I was living on Mindanao Island, this girl that was living with me took me to see her family in the mountains. When I got to her tribe, I saw that everyone was carrying weapons. Turned out her brothers were part of the MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front).

I thought I was totally f*cked, so I did the craziest thing I could think of and asked if I could try out their weapons. Next thing I know, I am shooting at stuff and EVERYONE wants me to try out THEIR weapon. Like it is some honor or something.

Point being that people do have guns there. Oh, and I can't use firearms in the USA because I am an ex-felon. So f*ck the USA, I am never going back.

Oh, and maybe, you will think it is just those people up in the mountains there, but even in Butuan and Zamboanga, the police are hiding out in their station and only come out as a group. Nobody cares if you own a gun as long as you don't shoot/rob someone with it.

I have a lot more freedom overseas (retired in Kenya) and maybe I can't order the latest Iphone online to be delivered the next day, but all the Android phones here come unlocked so I don't care.
