VENY is openly MTF transgendered but usually billed as genderless, so they/them would be appropriate to use, especially in a professional context. VENY is sometimes referred to with female pronouns, which can sometimes be attributed to just language differences in how gendered pronouns are handled.

Also with VENY being a freelancer, and intergender matches not being uncommon in Japan, VENY just sort of wrestles whoever, wherever, and it's not really an issue regardless of where on the fence you land with what pronoun you refer to VENY as.
