Beauty Gurus and false lashes - the bane of my existence

This makes a ton of sense. I’ve searched out employees with lighter hands with their makeup. Props to the workers who put a lot of time into their looks before heading to the store, but I won’t ask for recommendations from someone who does a full glam look for work. I assume their experience with makeup is matte, full coverage, va va voom and that’s rarely what I’m looking for.

In your experience, do workers who wear heavy full faces of glam makeup ever wear light coverage foundation or natural looking mascara so that they can give advice to customers regarding those types of products? Or do they rely on other people’s reviews and comments to guide customers to less heavy makeup?
