No I won't be incurring any storage costs and have no risk of over stocking, yes they do give the preference that is why I would be going for Amazon's FBA where I would be storing my products with them and getting a full filled batch, I would incur some expense their but I will only be doing it for the products that I believe will sell quick and I won't do it for other higher priced ones i don't intend to do it since presently for thosd products there aren't a lot of fufilled sellers too. For Flipkart though it would just be me since there is literally no one doing the selling of those said stuff.

I do believe however that I might match the prices very aggressively even if some bigger players get in, I can reduce my margin by 1/3 and would still make a small but decent cut.

I do intend to make use of sponsoring and ads, in time that is.
