What is the point of this sub? Im confused. I came across it today and it is very confusing.
Because here i say a very unhealthy recipe at the top, composed mainly of red meat (very unhealthy) and glass noodles which are pure starch basically. And then fried together with pepper, with that pepper being the only healthy part.
I read the description, i though to myself oh this sub isn't about eating healthy food, it's probably just about having a healthy relationship with food for those who are struggling with food, getting them to get enough calories from their food and feel good about their food.
In that case I'd understand, but then i saw other posts and read the comments and there's so much criticism pointing out that something is unhealthy.
That is confusing.
