The beekeeper is back

That kind of shit happens all the time. You know how people are constantly getting pets without doing any research and then abandoning them later? Lot's of people approach bees in the same way. As if they are just some animal you can get and then plop in your yard. This lady goes out of her way to make everything look safer, easier, and more intuitive than it is, and does not spend enough time explaining how the way she does things in the videos she shows is often best case scenario, and not what most beekeepers deal with 75% of the time. ESPECIALLY if you are a beginner.

I have actually shown the ropes to many new beekeepers. Trust me. People get in over their heads with any activity you can think of, and it totally happens with bees. Influencers like this who misrepresent beekeeping are a disservice to the hobby/profession.
