It's been 7 years now, and I want to share my story with Bank of America

The "Office of the President and CEO"
So many times I heard that on the phone and in emails with BOA. These bastards...
I'll share my experience here while we're at it.
I had both savings account and checking account. Also a credit card, all with BOA. This was for about.... 5 years...?
Anyway, I had gotten married. My husband and I went to the local branch and someone added him onto my account. Ya'd think everything is all hunky-dory. Welp, about two weeks later, I'm going to get a coffee. The girl tells me my card is declined. I said thats impossible. I just got my income tax refund so I know there was a bit in there. I'm thinking, this chick just doesn't know what she's doing. Finally, I give up and just walk out. I called my bank. My accounts are frozen... ummm... why?
Ok so it turns out they thought that the person, the man, my husband, who I added to my account was a stranger who was trying to get into my account on his own. I said.. ok, well why not just tell me?? This person...... told me that they.... sent... him... a.. letter... I asked her - You sent the man, who you believe is trying to steal money from my account, a letter, instead of me?? This person... then says... Well we consider the husband and wife the same entity. Ok, so wait now... WTF... So he's my husband now. She acknowledges this and yet at the same time decides he's a thief trying to break into my account???
Ok, speed up a couple days. Not only were my accounts frozen, but all my bills that were paid for month then had all the money taken BACK!!! WTF!!?? Here I am, absolutely penniless!! I had direct deposit, didn't carry cash... lesson learned... I contacted my human resources dept. Tried to get the direct deposit canceled as soon as possible.
It took a month going back and forth, fighting with the "President and CEO's Office" to get my money back.
I argued that they had no right to take my money!!! She now tells me the Identification he gave was not legitimate and the Patriot Act gives them every right to do so.
I went back to the branch with my husband. The girl there agreed this was a pretty bad situation and she entered all the information in herself so she knows it was correct.
Ok, it's been a month....
Finally, I get the woman at the "Office of the President and CEO" of BOA on the phone... and I said to her... "Why don't you just be honest with me, This only happened because my husband's name is ******" She merely said, I can assure you it's not.
Guess what.. Next day, everything was released.
"Computer Error"
A big Fuck You to me and all my bills.
I hate BOA and I hope all these corrupt people rot in the deepest pits of hell.
