I have been purging after every meal around 3 times a day for two weeks and haven’t lost any weight.

can't answer your question without encouraging bulimia but from experience purging varies per person. it all depends on how soon you purge after the meal you ate, the amount of calories you attempt purging (say a few hundred to a few thousand), and what foods you're trying to purge.

there aren't a ton of reliable studies on bulimia and the few that are out there aren't that well written. people just don't understand the disorder and it isn't paid as much attention to as some of the more "popular" disorders

it certainly can be a viable weight loss solution. what people fail to realize is the hardest part is after you've lost the weight, the ability to stop purging while still eating at a new calorie limit to maintain your weight.

i'm 20 op and ive only been dealing with this disorder since the start of the pandemic, but I know my shit. if you need any help feel free to message me, i'd love to talk
