Been sexually/Verbally harassed by fellow student and facing retaliation

There exist these "life cameras" that look like a small clip-on fitness tracker. Some are worn like a necklace, others like a watch or a clip anywhere else. They are recording 24/7 and to the unknowing person, they never suspect it. So if you wore one like a watch, or wore it around like a necklace or whatever, every interaction you had with your attacker in the hallway, and every meeting with your deans would be recorded. I don't know the laws of whatever state you live in. In my state, I do not have to disclose I am recording as long as either 1) i represent at least 50% of the present party, or 2) it's evident the recording device is not hidden. So if you wore it out openly - not tucked under your clothing, you could legally record video and voice of your whole day. That way if something unexpected happened, it was already documented and you wouldn't be kicking yourself later for not having evidence on hand.

Of course discuss this idea with your lawyer. And confirm you wouldn't have to provide a full 24hr recording should any clip be used for evidence. For example, at the end of the day you clip out what you want to save, delete the rest, and if you're legally asked to provide "the full day" you state you don't have it because you do not have the storage space to keep 24hr recordings indefinitely so you only clip what you need for your benefit and that's it. You're under no obligation to provide proof for the other parties benefits. Also caution using it in bathrooms so it's not left on the bathroom counter while you shower or something. That's just weird and unnecessary.

http://getnarrative.com/ This is one clip (currently sold out) but just google search "life cameras" and a ton pop up.

I'm sorry you're in this horrible situation. But you're clearly a very strong person to deal with it and make it this far already into your 2nd year. One day you'll be out of there, even starting with rotations. You'll see these people less and less. Then one day you'll have your degree and they can all fuck off at that point. Good luck.
