It's been years since I've had to ask for a tampon, but I've never needed to ask a man for one

A friend of mine as a grown adult was terrified of pads, tampons, douches, wipes, and basically anything else on the feminine products isle so I made a point to start tossing them to him in random isles at the grocery store as he was too responsible to let anything hit the ground. Once get cought on to that I waited until he was on an isle by himself and from the next isle over called his name and tossed a box over the isle that he promptly cought. He always found a place to put them to immediately get them out of his hands. After the over the isle toss he made sure to get used to the idea of them so all of the grocery store harassment from me would stop. Plus he realized it was a pretty dumb (and insulting) thing to be afraid of. By the time his daughter needed him in that department he was good to go.
