Beer Can Gauges

Don't go looking into DUI laws then. The more you read, the more you realize that very little of the law gives a fuck about public safety, and is just a tool for convictions.

The limit once was .15, then .10, now .08. And there is literally NO scientific reason other than getting more convictions. BAC just tells you HOW MUCH might be in your system and it doesn't change much person by person...your felt effects, what makes you act stupid, depends on tolerance. Hell, being awake for 18hrs is around the same as .06ish in BAC, comparatively.

I drink weekly, and am a 215lb male. Two beers does nothing for me, my BAC will be around .05

My wife has had maybe 6 beers/wine drinks over the course of 11 years. The last time I saw her actually finish a drink, she drank 1.5 Smirnoffs after being stung in the upper inner thigh by a jelly fish. Her BAC would have been around .06, but .06 for her left her without the pain of the sting, rosy cheeked, and laughing like a retard.

Not to mention stupid shit like...if you're not brethalized until the you're at the PD, it's not illegal to be drunk in a PD. If you burp, you're 'supposed' to wait 15 min before blowing. And not to mention things like...paining a room, can trap the alcohol in your lungs/throat, so that too can be read on a brethalizer. I'm starting to understand why there are sooooo many DUI attorneys. It seems that if you fight the charge, you've got a good shot at winning.
