Before and After Weight Loss Transformation. I lost 198 pounds.

Malaysian here. Went through hard process for the transformation; bullying, depression, permanent leg injury due to morbid obese, multiple surgeries to remove loose skin all over my body and more. I lost weight by adapting healthier lifestyle, cardio (steady state and HIIT), weightlifting and dancing. I participated in my first 10km long distance run in 2014 as a closure to my depression and to celebrate my life. I joined another 10km long distance run in 2016 and will join another in 21 May 2017. Two weeks before my 10km long distance run in 2016, my injured leg acts up. I struggled to walk for a week but thankfully I was able to run during the competition. I didn't like to smile because after weight loss, several people criticized my face and asked me to do plastic surgery on it. I avoided looking at myself in mirrors for several years. I no longer care what people think of my face; all that matters is I love my face as it is. I'm very happy now. Hard times help me to stay grounded with myself.
