It isn't perfect, and I left everything you requested except I dropped it down to 1 better monitor. It is 27" 1080p which I have no experience with and is not recommended, but personally I would hate anything below 27" even if the ppi is poor.
I also dropped the hard drive as most people do not need that much storage.
You could make it cheaper by going with the motherboard you had listed which is perfectly fine, and by dropping it down to a 24" monitor.
