This might sound like gatekeeping but honestly if you're having a hard time in comp don't play comp. Way back when ow first came out I only played qp for 2 years, at least 6 hours a day before I tried comp. At that point it felt easier than the qp games just from the practice. And because there's tons of players like me that because the last few years of ow1 was just not worth playing and we all dropped off it and deranked. The retuning casual comp players are the ones that are probably making the matches difficult and I am sorry for my part. On the bright side if new players spend a few months to a year for practice the retuning players won't be clogging up the matches
