Being 35 and not wanting to work in the field for which you've prepared is like being half way through an RPG and realizing you've built out your skill tree all wrong and you can't respec and you can't make a new character and there will never be another video game again

I'm 31 and I dont think I've ever stayed in a job longer then 3 years. It just gets so repeditive... but I've started thinking maybe it's not so bad as I get to experience a bunch of diffrent things. Partly it's probably because I have no real pull towards one intrest.

I mean over the years I've worked in retail, customer service, forestry worker, graphic design, greenhouse worker, kitchen hand, factory hand.. they are fairly entry level jobs though so always been earning no more then 40k AUD a yr.

I've studied a whole bunch as well. Conservation, dog training, digital media, game design, prescribed burns training, wildlife caring, eco tourism.

I guess on a resume having a wide range of intrests doesn't look that great. Maybe I should just find somthing and stick to it..
