erm no I would say this is not a good opportunity to lead to anything but if you need the money then go for it. If you want your foot in the door for marketing though then go find something that's actually marketing or sales and customer service can be useful. I have a lot of years of sales and customer service before I changed my career for marketing and businesses seem to like the fact I have that extra experience so I've been in different sides of business because ultimately the marketer is customer focused (customer service) and the marketer is there to generate leads for sales people or generate direct sales so I would highly recommend looking around for marketing jobs or something along the lines of sales / customer service
