This was my opinion on modesty and only my opinion. Personally, I've seen some very put together Muslim women who manage to cover and look good. Google Indonesian muslimah fashion.
I spent a year living as a Muslim. I've not encountered body shaming. Islam IMO does not have the same sexually baggage as Christianity. Muslim women who are married know they are expected to have sex. It is in the Qu'ran and hadith. The hadith teaches that no man is to fall upon his wife like an animal but foreplay must be given. The world is small now and I encounter people from all cultures and religions . In fact, it bothers me that I have no good explanation as to how Christian women dress so worldly that they can't be told apart. I can recognize a traditional Church of God woman, an Amish woman, a nun, and a Muslim woman but I can't distinguish the average Christian woman from the masses. This question does get asked a lot by Muslims. "Why don't we look more like out nuns who dress like Mary? I'm always at a loss as to what to say.
