Not being a Karen. First off, many areas in Vegas do not allow weekly rentals like AirB and B, I would highly recommend looking at the city and county regulations. Secondly, that gathering still violates the current COVID rules since it's not a public thing, thirdly, if a rock hit you or your dog it's a misdemeanor. I would post your video on Facebook and find the owner of that "rental" property and send it to them as well. If they continue to rent to trash, you and your neighbors can begin to take the proper steps to have the city threaten their property. If any of them threatened you, press charges. It's a good thing no one I know lives on your street because it would have been broken up very quickly.
