You would think so, and I do worry about it, but I'm not so sure. As I said, Kaley has been very neglectful, and has always blamed it on depression and other mental issues. She is not the person who takes care of her and when she met her new girlfriend she has been leaving to go party or do whatever sometimes not even coming home until late the next day just to end up leaving again. Our daughter asks me, where's mom? And I never know what to tell her. I don't think she wants the responsibility and that she wants to live a carefree life style. Even though she is in denial about it...I don't see her being able to care for her and be the one who gets up at six am to get her ready for school every day, and all other things she will now have to do that I have always done to take care of her. She signed a parenting agreement that gives me joint custody. And, what I, and other people who know about the situation think, is that our daughter will end up with me even more than what we agreed upon.
