Being a non-drinker in Denmark

I'm 23 and was drinking heavily from the age 15-19, but then the hangovers got to a point where I would ruin the next 2 days after a party, and I kinda layed of drinking. I have noticed that some parties are all about getting drunk very quickly, and others are more mixed with some people getting very drunk and some taking it slow. When I'm at a party where it's all about getting drunk I usually stay until I feel like I can't have a conversation with other without getting annoyed haha. If I'm at a mixed party, I just talk to the people less drunk and stay till later.

I don't think anyone would look down on you for not drinking, if you tell them straight up. Or at least I haven't had any issues with it.

Though some places the culture is all about what crazy thing happened at the last party or whatever, and it can be a tough thing to be a part of that, if you don't wanna stay all night at a party talking with drunks. If that is the case, find someone in that group that has other interest then partying, there is always someone
