Being rich is not the problem but being a fool

I know this sounds heartless but as the generation that "worked hard for what they have" continue to age their kids and grandchildren that didn't work for much are going to be voting and being put into places of power.

A co-worker of mine got his house paid for by his parents and felt ashamed of it. He was in his late 20s. He felt bad for me, 38 year old with two children will never see a house, my parents were poor and died poor. I didn't get a jump start in life. I always told him how awesome that was and he was lucky but he felt bad because he "didn't earn it."

If I got a house tomorrow I would die of excitement and life accomplishment.
