Being a "snitch" isn't a bad thing, especially if you're turning in someone you know whose done something atrocious, like rape or murder.

Depends. If you're reporting a serious crime, I agree. If you're reporting a friend's/colleague's small mistake or something, you're a huge snitch. I don't care if it's good for the business, if you report a friend for small bullshit, you're a shit friend. Honestly, if your friend even did something big and bad, in 90% of the cases you absolutely should have their back. I would anyway.

I'm a loyal friend. You could murder someone, rob a bank, or something, and I'm loyal enough to say I don't know a goddamn thing, unless I have a lot to lose. I wouldn't necessarily get involved if it was a huge mess to help you out, but I'd have the decency to not make it worse for you.

It's not about winning. It's about how you play.
