Being a teacher with depression

I don't know what the policy at your school is, but maybe try giving your best 4 out of 5 days of the week and having Fridays or something as a more chill day where you can do something more "fun" with your students. Apparently there's a new educational version of Minecraft so if you have a big computer lab maybe make some lesson plans that use that or something like coolmathgames.com (or whatever the current site like that is), I know I always loved having days like that in school. A lot of my favorite teachers (mostly in elementary and middle school) used a similar approach that allowed us to do some kind of group class activity or watch a movie or play a game or read comics or something like that, and it always incentivized me to work harder during the earlier parts of the week because I had Fridays to look forward to, especially if the teacher had a policy that only allowed you to participate if you were good throughout the week.
