I believe MP is innocent.

  1. The energy of the blood splatter is more consistent with a beating than a fall.
  2. The various lacerations result from multiple impacts (at least three) which would require several consecutive falls and therefore suggest a beating.
  3. She had damaged throat cartridge which the coroner found to be consistent with strangulation.
  4. She had various defensive wounds.
  5. A fall up the stairs (like we saw in the HBO) would lead to falling forwards, think about that. A fall coming down is problematic because she hit the back of her head and the blood splatter is right at the base of the turn.
  6. The defence provided no fall explanation credible enough to present in court.
  7. Michael exhibited suspicious 911 call behaviour, such as hanging up, not being with the body (despite cordless phone) and crafting a story above concern for her welfare.
  8. He said she was still breathing at the time of the 911 call, but the coroner said she had died some time earlier with abnormal blood flow perhaps beginning 2 hours prior and death at least 45 minutes prior.
  9. This does not match his version of events, which claims he last saw her by the pool 45 minutes before discovering the body.
  10. He did no CPR on her despite her having stopped breathing in his care, and dispute him being trained in CPR.
  11. He also did not apply pressure to the wounds.
  12. Instead of the above, he used paper towel and bath towel to attempt a cleanup.
  13. …and took his shoes and socks off and changed his shirt. Eight minutes from 911 call to ambulance wasn’t time to do all of these things, it required him to go upstairs.
  14. There was allegedly blood on the path to the laundry room and a suggesting he was messing around with his clothing changes while she was dying.
  15. His footprint in her blood was found on her back.
  16. There was high velocity blood splatter on the inside of his shorts.
  17. The blood found on his clothes and person was partially dried when paramedics arrived, not consistent with him having found her ten minutes prior.
  18. Her blood was smeared on the front door and two drops were on the front path despite his version of events not taking him outside.
  19. He emptied wine into the sink and apparently planted two wine glasses since they were both used but had only his set of fingerprints.
  20. According to Kathleen’s sister who saw him immediately after he had cuts on his hands and neck. This was not documented by the police.
  21. He claimed he was out by the pool in shorts and a T-shirt in at 2 am in cool conditions without having visited the restroom or kitchen. The coroner’s report suggest that this must have been for two hours.
  22. He’d been drinking by his own admission.
  23. He demonstrably lied about a whole range of issues, including that Kathleen knew about his infidelity.
  24. He also slipped up quite a few times during filming and couldn’t keep his story straight.
  25. He engaged in new relationships shortly after her death.
  26. He had a clear motive in his financial trouble and her life insurance.
  27. The Elizabeth Ratcliffe death had 17 similarities as detailed in court.
  28. Statistically, spouse homicide is actually millions of times more likely than an owl attack death.
