I believe my targeted advance has been denied

They did. It was my personal taxes and an unrelated business. Thus, they notated my file something like business not found.

It is not found because no federal return was filed in 2019 for this business. The issue is that a 2019 federal tax return COULD be used to verify eligibility for the grant, but having not filed one does not preclude eligibility. Yet, it seems they are denying people for this reason.

That’s why I’m saying - if you’re still waiting on a result, email and inform them that based on your Jan - Feb 2020 income, as compared to 2021, you qualify. (Assuming this is true). They can can then verify this however they like. But, denying you based on not getting your 2019 tax return (or you not filing one) is not in line with the law.
