For me it’s because when I think of the universe I think that some higher power had to start it all. I’m a strong believer in evolution but still believe that a higher power started the universe at some point, even if it was the smallest atom or cellular structure. How did it all begin and so and so.

I grew up Catholic and don’t consider myself that anymore. I think of myself as a more spiritual person. I believe there is a God or higher power. That being said I really respect people that have different beliefs and religions. I think it’s kind of beautiful we can believe in our own version of “god” or “gods” and what that means to us.
