Isn't the basic assumption of all religious ideology religious superiority?

The basic assumption of any ideology is that it's better to follow that ideology. Vegans for example try to convince you that eating meat is immoral, and therefore they are morally superior for not doing it and have the responsibility to campaign for more people becoming Vegans. Every ideology bears the threat of ending in violence, even though it's way more likely for some.

If we again limit it to Abrahamic religion, the idea of religious superiority is tied to the belief in God, because they think they are favored for following him. But while it's not possible to consider yourself Christian and just pick some parts of the New Testament you want to follow while leaving out the doscriminatory ones, the same can't be done with Nazism, because Nazism is the racial superiority. I'm not saying either is good, neither am I saying that many Christians do that. But religions are designed to have that flexibility, whereas Nazism does not. My problem lies less with you condemning religion (obviously) than you throwing the word Nazi and Mein Kampf around where it's not needed. You don't have to try and force equivalencies to Nazism to explain why religion is bad.
