Why is benQ so popular?

I honestly don't get what you're going on about. You seem upset that BenQ isn't targeting a wider audience and instead focuses on competitive gaming. Nobody that plays CSGO or Overwatch or competitive games in general is asking for a 1440p TN panel. Nobody is asking for a garbage VA and make no mistake, VA is a complete joke, Samsung did not change that fact. And nobody is asking for IPS either. Judge them on their products, not on what they haven't done to please your subjective opinion on what their brand should do.

And I'm sorry, but have you owned the 27'' 144hz Eizo? I have, and it's a fucking joke. It's not a single point better than Asus or Acer, which I've also owned. It had 0 reason for the higher price tag.

''ViewSonic and LG have them beat handily'' Riiiight, except they don't. In the space they compete for they don't have them beat.

You seem like a person that knows 0 about competitive gaming and have little to no real first hand experience using the monitors you speak about. Maybe go masturbate to some more graphs where X beats Y with 0.1% and then trash a whole brand for it.
