Well, everyone I know loves Breath of the Wild so this one is the first you should get for yourself. If you like 3D Mario Games Odyssey could be something for you and with the easy mode even for your younger siblings. Then I can recommend the cadence of hyrule which is a pretty new rhythm Zelda game and a lot of fun!

If you want to play together with your siblings I can recommend Mario Kart (who doesn't love Mario Kart) and Yoshi's Crafted World. (Yoshi's Crafted World is especially fun while playing with a younger sibling, because the game is to easy to beat in one player mode and playing it co-op with a young kid makes it quite harder. :)
