So in my early career for IT, I used to work for a router company. Lets go.

(i have an awesome boss that would allow us to talk back to customers.)

pos: i cant get this to work

d0pe: alright what doesnt want to work?

pos: it doesnt load any webpages even though i am connected wirelessly

d0pe: how far away are you from the router?

pos: in the same room, not even a 3 feet away...

d0pe: can you restart your computer?

pos: how would that work?

d0pe: sometimes the computer cant communicate well with the router

pos : so its your problem but you are not even fixing it??

d0pe: eh, depends on hardware.

pos: ok. restarted, opened up chrome. nothing

d0pe: alright, restart the router now pls

pos : no. i run a small business and i cant afford to go down

d0pe: alright, do you want this to work or not?

pos: yes but i am not going to shut down my router...

d0pe: there are no other steps. this is the last test to see if we need to send someone...

pos: no

d0pe: have a good day!

(he calls back asking for my boss/ sup.(supervisor))

pos: yeah i cant get this to work and d0pe was rude to me.

sup: alright, restart the router... he told you that but you refused right??

pos: no. i have a business to run

sup: have a good day !!

(3 more calls later ... blacklisted... she can use the router but she cant call us)

she finally restarted and guess what? it worked

she used her friends phone to call us and apologized
