Thus is a very solid list, but to add:

Pelican's Mother of All Storms is a great beer at a solid price. There is no reason to speak poorly of it.

Little Beast makes some great sours, and has a nice patio.

Ex Novo makes some very underrated barrel aged dark beers (Nevermore and the Kill The Sun series), and their barrel aged sour and funky beers are also very well done.

Ruse is worth a visit. Period.

Modern Times isn't "ours", but their barrel aged stouts are all fantastic.

No mention of Beermongers or Apex (beer bars close to Baerlic and in Inner SE in general), Horse Brass (classic beer bar close to Belmont Station), or John's Market (beer store w/Holy Trinity BBQ and Jojo fried chicken carts in their lot)
