I'm only going off of stories from my s/o and her coworkers when she worked there. I believe he is the son of the owner and I've just heard a lot of stories of him being emotionally manipulative, verbally abusive, even touching employees inappropriately, punishing mistakes or days off with cut hours and pay cuts. When she was working there I swear every other night she came to me crying because of how that guy ran things. And I've heard of inappropriate sexual behavior from the owner himself too.

Ofc take all of this with a grain of salt because I've only been there one time. And worth noting she loved everyone else she worked with in the staff. It was just the family that owns & runs the place that was apparently shitty.
