The best microphone for streaming, gaming and podcasting

I just use the same SM57 I've had since like 1996. It's been around the planet once, and will probably survive WWIII. Also I've used it to break into the gear van after we locked the keys inside at least 3 times.

It's hilarious seeing people spend hundreds of dollars for something made of cheap plastic that will break in months when the SM57 and SM58 have been pretty much unchanged since like 1968, and I know guys who still own ones made in the 60's that still work perfectly.

And to be clear I'm not talking about audio quality, though probably 80% of the music you've heard in your entire life was recorded with one, but purely about reliability and durability, which is nonexistent on any USB mic that I've ever personally seen.

Actual pro music gear has to survive pro musicians, who tend to drink a lot and are really hard on gear.
