I can't recommend Dave Roach highly enough.

I met him 10 years ago when I was helping my parents handle the sale of their home, and purchase of a couple rental properties. They were using a family friend, originally, who we had to fire. Brought on Dave and it was like night and day.

I worked in banking for a few years, and recommended him to several customers. Every customer I sent his way told me he did great work for them.

I couldn't use him when I bought my first home (out of town), and the realtor I used was good. But when I moved back to town and used Dave for my current home -- he was better. More responsive, made it clear he knew what we were looking for, more and better input -- everything.
