Best player long term between Barnes, Cunningham, and Mobley?

I think Mobley is the easiest to project as a star. He's already really good at the things he needs to get great at. He's a fairly conventional mold of star in that we've seen other guys like him be absolutely dominant and have a big impact on winning, and his fit alongside Garland's emergence is really serendipitous. Perfect situation for him and I think his development will be fairly straightforward and consistent.

Cade as the big offensive hub guard is a super-effective archetype of player, but to play that role well, he'll need to clean up the things that were questionmarks when he was a prospect and are still questionmarks (efficiency, shot selection, turnovers). He can definitely get there though, but it's not automatic, and I think he would benefit from Detroit trying to compete sooner rather than later, the way Charlotte's turn to competitiveness has benefitted Ball.

Barnes is still a little harder to project because he does so many things well but doesn't fit perfectly into existing star player archetypes but could still develop into a couple different ones. He could become an elite passing post big if he develops his interior game further (which I think is already super-underrated), or he could develop his handles and outside shot and become a version of that offensive hub guard. I suspect he wants to be the latter, the Raptors see him a bit more as the former, and this year is a bit of feeling out what those upsides are, giving him a chance to prove himself in different roles.

Green definitely has MVP potential as well on the sheer force of scoring numbers. I'm a little pessimistic about pure scoring guards as a championship player archetype and can imagine a scenario where Green gets more accolades than the other three, but GMs would still prefer the others in terms of championship pieces.
