Best realistic and effective way to reach out / get noticed by scouts?

I played in college (well had tommy john as a freshman and forgot how to throw a strike so I stopped playing and focused on finance) and some former teammates are now professional ballplayers. It’s amazing how much work they put in - if you think you’re working hard enough, work harder. This applies to more than just baseball - if you want something in life you’ll have to work for it.

I throw harder now than I ever did back when I played (currently 21) and credit that to becoming a gym rat (I don’t play baseball anymore so all I do is lift lol). If you’re a stud, scouts will find you. If you’re just average (like a good high school player), you can still play college baseball, it’ll just take more effort on your part to find a program.
