Best Returning Winner

Luck has played a factor in every single person's win. It's a part of the game. Denouncing every other aspect of a winner's game because of a lucky break seems insane to me.

I get this, but I merely believe that Parvati was the single luckiest winner of all time. She got a ton of lucky breaks that you should never count on to happen in order to succeed. She would not have succeeded if not for those lucky breaks.

And your comment about Russell giving Parvati his idol "out of absolutely nowhere" and claiming she had no input in it is so off base. I, for one, was incredibly impressed by this and took it as a testament to how charismatic Parvati can be. To have someone literally hand you an idol is deeply impressive.

Did she know it was going to happen? Did she actively try to get Russell to give it to her? If not, then I can only call it luck that Russell did that out of his own volition and that it just so happened to work out perfectly. This is something you should never count on to happen. You should never rely on your opponents (Tyson) making colossal mistakes in order to get past 15th place in Survivor.
