- but I'm having a nightmare time with them. Ordered a desk more than a month ago. When I arrived, assembled it and immediately got an E08 error. Chat support I thought was nice, but it took a week for a replacement box to eventually ship, another week to arrive -- and they removed a component so I only had legs to swap. Still an error. So it'll be two months now with no certainty how it will resolve. We're about ready to pack up all this heavy equipment and return it. It just sucks because we live in a walk up and it's a huge pain to lug the boxes around.

I don't believe it. I tried calling them for days without a response. They're the worst company that sells desks in terms of customer service. I will never shop their again.
