Can you PM extra secret number to contact DTV when in DTV hell? Tried to order sd->hd swaps for three receivers hd24 ( Protection plan says upgrade to HD FREE on our account page) - ( csr takes order & instead slams Genie package that we do not want (we have 11 total receivers). Call back next day to fix error, they cancel order to start over. Tell us we only can have genie setup. We asked about our Protection "FREE" - Guess what? when they slammed & cancelled it doesn't reset our protection offers. They now want $297 for hd upgrades or take the genie that covers half of the place. How do we get a simple - hd swap & someone to fix the account. Sorry for the long post - it's stupid - we put in 10 hours - Shadoe93-Wan-Kenobi - you're our only hope. Seriously, If you have any helpful tips or contacts - please PM - would help a lot. :)
