Best way to report a 911 operator?

If your story is backed up by tapes I would immediately suspend the employee with dereliction of duty for failing to complete her job property. Depending on the out of the cases entirely, should be facing termination.

I've fired plenty of dispatchers on the spot for things that are just not tolerable. We have a few golden rules that you never break, and if you do, your out that day -gone and blocked from being rehired. We take people's lives In our hands and I'll be damned if I am going to let one dispatcher not act with that upmost respect and integrity when someone calls you on their worst day. Listen, people call 911 because something scary or dangerous or a combination of those things involve them. We take the time to get as much info as possible AND to take some of worry of you and your family.

What happened was not right and under no circumstances should that have ever happened to you. The 911 operator fucked this up entirely. In every way possible, it's like he looked at a training manual and said "fuck it" I'll just do what I want. She broke every protocol in the book, and she chose a call where life could be threatened.
