Bethesda, put more effort into your story's.....

you can't join enclave

You can't even join the Enclave in Fallout 2 either.

Fallout 3, as much as it hurts to say is a VERY linear story

I thought Fallout 1 also has a linear main story. You go outside the vault to find the water chip with a time limit and then, Master and his army of super mutants came along which forces to you either defeat them or join them in the end when confronting Master which leads to 2 ending based on either one of them. The rest of the endings are based on how you accomplish side quests in your journey. Granted I only watch walkthrough videos or read wiki and thats how I see the story but still...

the player dialogue (not voice acting) is mediocre at best, some characters just felt emotionless with their dialogue AND acting

The voice acting are better in Fallout 4 than Fallout 3 and NV because you don't get to hear the same voice actors voicing majority of characters with Liam O' Brien voicing Garett (who wants to fuck Fisto), Knight (who can send support to Primm), that ranger with moustache who asks you to clear out ants before giving you Service Rifle (I forgot his name), Jessup (one of Khans hired by Benny to steal the chip from you) and the list go on.

almost every characters dialogue is dark and comedic and always a good time and gives more immersion of a "fuck it we're all dead anyway" attitude and the voice acting actually conveys feel

Fallout 4 also has darkly comedic dialogues mostly from raiders. For example, you get to hear a funny conversation between raiders whom one of them told the other that he and other raiders once saw a man who pretends to ride a motorcycle and make a sound of machine gun firing as he and other raiders stood by and watch that man doing crazy shits instead of shooting him.
