She cries because she is busted. I don't think this is the first time and I don't think this will be the last time. It's sad how people sometimes bond by being as negative as possible about other people. I do understand if she's just trying to vent about something that you did, but this is just very mean spirited. But this also means that she is projecting a lot. She is the one with body issues, so to feel better about herself, her best friend has to be worse according to the beauty standards she put on herself. Even if your body is exactly like she described, what's wrong with that? It's still beautiful. She really need to self reflect on this. I like how you've handled this, I would've flipped lol.
