I think it actually speaks to a better understanding of taking certain things more literally at times. Rather than assume what someone is implying. This may be an unpopular opinion, but there are certain (extremely rare because most are calculated, thought out and/or repeated actions) cases of infidelity that very well may be a mistake. For instance, I’ve seen plenty of stories on here about partners cheating for revenge. And nearly every one said it was a mistake. That doesn’t make it any less horrible, to be explicitly clear. Wouldn’t want you to think I’m implying it’s ok....

But those are more rare. Generally they are a calculated series of horrible shitty moves
