I was subscribed to the core crate for 9 months last year, and unsubscribed for good after 3 months in a row of themes I didn't really care for. I gave the first DX a shot because it hit 2/3 of some of my favorite franchises, and I had some extra money at the time.

I haven't gotten my DX crate yet (maybe tomorrow or Saturday), but I have been dying to figure out what's inside so I looked up spoilers...

I'm a huge LoZ fan, and I love me some sweatshirts. I think I'll enjoy the hoodie, providing it fits well.

I also love AT, and the figure looks really cool. It will go nicely with my other figures for sure.

I'm not the biggest WoW fan, but I do enjoy Blizzard's character designs (I love Diablo). The drinking glasses I feel a little meh about as a crate item, but I don't own a lot of glasses or cups myself, so I suppose they won't go to waste.

The whiskey stones are kind of cool I guess, but only because they are D20s. Another item that's kind of disappointing as a crate item, but won't really go to waste. My buddy who got the core crate gave me his D20 dice mold, so now I'll have frozen D20s galore...

The print is a cool print, but yet another "meh" item for a crate that cost $50.

I'm really disappointed in the DX monthly pin. The core crate pin with a Hylian shield and a D20 on it would have fit way better with the DX crate. Instead it's just a lame compass.

Overall I will be satisfied with the crate because of the sweatshirt and figure, and because the glasses and stones are at least useful items. However, for $50 I was hoping for maybe a couple more items? A couple smaller knick-knacks would have been cool, however, I get that that is kind of the core crate's thing. I will not be subscribing to LC in general (DX, core, anime, or gaming), until there is a really kick-ass theme again like this one.
