Between Strome and Marner, who is has a better defensive game? Who's the better two-way forward?

Kane is probably the second best winger in the Game.

No way in hell is Toews better than Kane. Holy shit.

Kopitar's All Round Game = Giroux. It depends on what you value. I just see Giroux having a longer career.

Personally, I'm all for physicality. I love watching Phaneuf. My favorite player to watch. Kings and Ducks are what I like to call skill and size. Bruins succeed because of their goalies and defensemen. Chara isn't as good so they are falling. Kings have a good system, because of Quick. Kings have all round defensemen and all round forwards. Ducks have defensive forwards not including Getzlaf and Perry along with Offensive defensemen.

Hawks have a good forcheck and they know when to play physical. I'd say Coach Q is the best at implementing physicality into the game.

Nylander isn't going to be a problem. He knows he has to put on 185+ to even stay in the NHL. Brown too. Kadri's 187 pounds. Size isn't a big deal if the player knows how to throw the body around like Kadri, Phaneuf, and Leo. Brown is great in his defensive game but needs to play more physical. Btw this is a good conversation. No hate here either.

Forecheck > Physical. We weren't the toughest looking guys in 2012-2013 season, but we knew how to play physical. I'm just saying that why not draft for size next year. There is a ton of skill this year. Next year has lots of size. Matthews is 194 lbs. Jakob C is huge.

I prefer a #1 Defensemen like Phaneuf at his Peak along with an offensive defensemen like Rielly. Rielly has learned to use his body. He'll grow. I'm hoping to see a Doughty type of player. Not so much a karlsson kind because we already have gards.

Ideal: Offensive 1st Line, Two Way 2nd Line, Offensive 3rd Line, Defensive 4th Line. Defense - Physical and Offensive.
