Beyond Meat COO arrested for biting man’s nose near Razorback Stadium

Food science has quickly gotten very good. 10 years ago these veggie burgers that "bleed" and use coconut oil for beef fat didn't exist. It'll get better faster now that the market is bigger too.

Vegetarian/Vegan of 20 years, favorites in no order: 1. Gardein chick'n filets/nuggets 2. Morningstar crumbles 3. Lightlife breakfast sausage (in the tube) 4. Impossible burger in the block form (they are different products from the formed patties, this is why restaurant Impossible burgers are better than the drive thru ones) 5. Sausages and hot dogs are fine goo or chunkier goo so you'll like whatever you like (field roast is my favorite, then tofurky/TJs brand) 6. Fish/Shrimp styles contain an insoluble fiber that means the shrimp will come out the SAME they looked going in, just in small bites. Same colors too. Not a texture review, more a mental thing you to be prepared for if you look in the bowl after you poop.

Didn't include the Gardein soups or Digiorno meatless Monday pizza because they are so good if you gave it to someone without it being a taste test they'd never know.
