BF's (22m) sister (24f) wants him to donate his sperm so that she can have a baby with her GF (24f) and keep it a secret.

Sooooo....... I have a similar situation in my family and it's always been crazy to me. I've posted about it on reddit before under a throwaway.

Basically, my aunt and uncle were unable to conceive for years, so all of my uncles 'helped' my aunt conceive the 'traditional' way, if you know what I mean. My cousin was born because of this and it is VERY obvious that he is not his father's son. He is almost identical to his biological father and anyone with eyes would instantly know that he is uncle's son. No one has ever told my cousin and now some 20 odd years later, me and some of my other cousins have been trying to track him down (he lives overseas). We think that he is aware of the situation, but no one is sure 100%. Everyone else in the family knows.

I'm not sure where exactly I was going with this, but don't play into this secret keeping. My family's scandal happened before I was born, but we are still trying to clean up the mess from this. My cousin has to know about his biological parentage because uncle has had some serious genetic issues and it's been chaos for a while. If they're going to do this, they need to be 100% open and upfront about it. Keeping secrets can do some serious damage.
