Is the Biden administration correct in ending Title 42?

most rational people dont have an issue with the deportation of illegal immigrants...its the manner in which the trump administrations border control conducted itself...and still conducts itself, the agency is still largely trumps agency. the splitting up of families, not being able to track where the parents or guardians went or how to contact them. the over crowding and poor living conditions in detention centers. people coming into the u.s. seeking asylum should have been processed properly. and then there is the issue of cost...deporting someone already in the country is very expensive to the tax payer, it doesnt make fiscal sense to detain them let alone deport them.

the immediate deportation right at the border was the end run around the whole problem they created...its still costly, just nowhere near as expensive. but the issue just becomes one of practicality. it would make a lot more sense to change u.s. foreign and domestic policy as it relates to south and central america than building a wall, detaining everyone till trial, and immediately deporting everyone caught at the border. u.s. border control policy makes little to no sense it doesnt matter who has been in office.
